The HR Retainer is a common way for us to provide professional services.

It has the advantage of a guaranteed fixed cost covering the provision of the following services on a renewable 12 months basis.  

  • The review, updating or drafting of the written main terms and conditions of employment and Employee Handbook within the business and the associated policies and procedures which are relevant to employment contracts.

    This will be carried out at the beginning of the contract year and additional updates will be provided during the contract year as employment law and/or the Client’s HR policies and procedures change.
  • Unlimited telephone/email support covering advice on all aspects of HR including performance, disciplinary and grievance, staffing restructures etc that may arise from time to time.

    This includes support in drafting appropriate documentation and letters. Ongoing advice on personnel procedures, employee rights and employment regulations.
  • Publication of Email newsletters as appropriate from time to time to keep the client abreast of developments in UK employment law.
